By using this site or starting an engagement, you agree to the following:

No guarantees of specific rankings or revenue. Anyone offering them is selling fiction. We guarantee the rigour, the SLA, and the work — not the market.
60-day refund on any retainer, no questions, prorated to days served.
Work product belongs to you on payment. Tools, templates, and internal IP remain ours.
Confidentiality is mutual, signed at engagement, and lasts forever. NDAs available before discovery.
No moonlighting on competitors. If we sign an exclusivity rider, we honour it.
Disputes are resolved in New York under New York law. Mediation first; arbitration if mediation fails.
